To qualify for press credentials at for 2012 Hospitality Design Boutique Exposition & Conference (HD Boutique), you must be affiliated with a nationally or regionally recognized media outlet, and; hold an editorial title, or hold a position as an industry analyst. Qualified members of the working press at HD Boutique have access to the Exposition, Conference Sessions, Networking Events, Press conferences and Onsite Press Room.
Registered Press Lists
We will be distributing registered press lists to exhibitors in advance of HD Boutique. The first list will be released on AUGUST 15, 2011; lists will be updated on a bi-weekly basis between AUGUST 15 and SEPTEMBER 13. To request a registered press list, please e-mail lacey@wagstaffworldwide.com.
Each exhibitor may display 50 press kits in the press room at one time. All kits are to contain PRESS information, not sales materials. HD reserves the right to ensure that materials are appropriate for press distribution. We strongly encourage you to deliver your press kits in person to the Onsite Press room. The Onsite Press Room may be occupied by registered press only, and exhibitors are prohibited from taking any materials other than their own. Computer stations will be available for use by registered press.
If you’d like to ship the materials, please follow the below directions:
FREEMAN will begin accepting boxed materials at the below address on AUGUST 8, 2011. Materials arriving after SEPTEMBER 2, 2011 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after-deadline charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

If you can arrange for your press kits arrive after 1 p.m. on SEPTEMBER 10, 2011, you can ship directly to the press room. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
