How do I get an International Visa letter of invitation?
In order to obtain travel visas to attend, many U.S. Embassies require that you have an Official Letter of Invitation from HDBoutique 2008. Please note that you must be a registered HD2008 attendee/exhibitor to receive a letter of invitation. To receive a letter, please send your request to Peggy.Cross@nielsen.com and list the following information: Full name, company name, address, fax number, e-mail address, passport number and date of birth and registration confirmation number. The letter of invitation will be e-mailed to you within 5-10 working days in an industry standard PDF format. We regret that we can no longer deliver this document by DHL, fax or other media means. Full Conference Pass - $130
Charity Site Visits - $70 each
Green Day - $225
Individual Conference Sessions - $40 each

Can I transfer my registration to someone else at my company?
Yes, transfers can be done at any time. Before the show, transfers must be done in writing to hdexpo@cds.com or HDBoutique 2008 Registration, 107 Waterhouse Rd., Bourne, MA 02532. They can also be done at the Advanced Registration counters at the convention center during registration hours.
How do I cancel my registration, and what is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be received in writing to by August 14' 2008 and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for exhibit hall only registrations or special event/meal tickets. Cancellation requests should be faxed to 770-777-8700 or mailed to: Registration Department' 1145 Sanctuary Pkwy.' Suite 100' Alpharetta' GA 30004. An organization may substitute one person for another.

How can I find out/confirm that I am pre-registered?
If you registered online, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you registered via fax or mail, a confirmation letter will be sent to you within five business days. If you did not receive a confirmation, please contact the Registration Customer Service at hdexpo@cds.com and someone will contact you within one business day.
When will I receive my badge?
Badges will be mailed out towards the end of August. If you do not receive your badge in the mail, please go to the Advanced Registration counters in the Miami Beach Convention Center during registration hours and pick up your badge.
What if the information on my badge that I received in the mail is incorrect?
Contact the Registration Customer Service Department at hdexpo@cds.com, log in to the attendee resource center, or visit the advanced registration counters at the Miami Beach Convention Center during registration hours.
How do get an invoice?
Send an email to hdboutique@nielsen.com to request an invoice. Please include your company name and address, name of attendees, and what they would like to attend. Invoices will be emailed or mailed within five business days. All registrations must be paid in full prior to the conference. Please allow adequate time to get your invoice processed.
Do you accept purchase orders?
No. We accept credit cards and checks. All registrations must be paid in full prior to the conference. Please allow adequate time to get your invoice processed.
How do I get a W-9 form?

How can I be deleted from your mailing, fax or email list?
If you would like to be removed from the mailing, fax or email list, please send your request via fax to 770.777.8700 or email: peggy.cross@nielsen.com. Please include “Remove from Mailing List” in the subject line.
Can I register onsite?
Yes, please visit the “Onsite Registration” attendee registration counters at the Miami Beach Convention Center during registration hours. Please note onsite registration fees are higher.

HDBoutique's unique show floor features industry-leading manufacturers, suppliers and artisans occupying areas from 100-200 sq. ft. - about the size of two to three parking lot spaces. There will not be shuttles to/from the hotels, nor the Party by the Palms networking event. Shuttles will only be provided for the Site Visits.

No one under the age of 16 will be allowed on the show floor.
Are wheelchairs or motorized scooters available?
Wheelchairs are available at the Miami Beach Convention Center. They have a total of 6 wheelchairs. If additional wheelchairs are requested, local vendors include:
