Who may receive complimentary press credentials?
To qualify for press credentials, you must be affiliated with a nationally or regionally recognized media outlet, and hold an EDITORITAL title, or hold a position as an industry analyst.
How do I register?
Registration is not yet available.
How will I know my registration has been approved?
You will receive a confirmation email or fax following your approval
When will I receive my press badge?
Badges for press will not be mailed in advance. You can pick up your press badge in the press room at the Miami Beach Convention Center during press room hours.
When will the press room be open?

What is the schedule for the show?
The exposition hall will be open Wednesday, September 18 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm and Thursday, September 19 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
What is your filming policy?
NO FILMING POLICY: Filming and Videotaping is prohibited at HDBoutique 2008.
What is your publication distribution policy?
NO DISTRIBUTION POLICY: ONLY the HOSPITALITY DESIGN Show Dailies will be authorized to be distributed throughout the entire Sands Convention Center during HDBoutique 2008. ALL other publications will be limited to a single distribution point on the show floor; their booth ONLY.
