$500 Million Resort on the Drawing Board Near Mexico City

Federal Development and Grupo del Blanco, a construction company in Mexico, will partner on a $500 million resort north of Mexico City. Their five-phase project will include two hotels, a full-service spa, more than 1,400 single-family homes, 144 condos, a golf course, and a ski slope and lift. The first phase is expected to wrap by early next year.
