MGM Mirage Names New Chairman, CEO

MGM chairman and CEO Terry Lanni resigned his position this week, citing the desire to dedicate more time his family's foundation and his wife. COO James Murren will replace Lanni, who will remain on the board of directors.
Under Lanni's 13-year reign, the company went from one resort in Las Vegas to 17 worldwide. He also oversaw the mergers with Mirage Resorts and Mandalay Resort Group.
